Our investment in Rise Student Village

Social infrastructure investment has garnered a lot of attention lately. Our focus started on student accommodation and, as interest in these projects increased, we have broadened the mandate on this fund to incorporate other types of social infrastructure such as lower-cost housing and healthcare facilities.
